Refund Policy
Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, email us at Support@sofiascoffee.com If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make things right.
Exchanges:
For the quickest resolution, return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
